As vice president and chief sustainability officer, Cynthia oversees the CA Technologies Office of Sustainability and is responsible for global sustainability strategy, goals and initiatives. Cynthia has 15+ years of high tech B2B experience. Since joining CA Technologies in 2010, she has established a track record with measurable results. Curtis has extended the scope of the company’s sustainability initiatives, increased employee involvement and established a governance structure inclusive of oversight by the Board of Directors. The most recent Sustainability Report received a GRI checked A+ rating, and they realized a 23.5% improvement their 2012 Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) score. This progress was recognized by Newsweek when CA Technologies was ranked among the top 10 Greenest companies in the U.S., and through the acceptance to both the North America and World Dow Jones Sustainability Indexes. Cynthia is a skier, plays at golf, and lives in the Boston area in a gold LEED-certified home.
